Sarah KhambattaSARAH KHAMBATTA, PCC -  Business and Career Coach
President

Sarah Khambatta is the founder of Dreams Transform Reality; a company committed to clients getting massive results in their businesses and careers by expanding their confidence, capacity and strategies. An experienced coach, speaker, trainer, and singer with over 19 years’ experience, she energizes her clients and creates an affirming environment for personal and professional transformation. Prior to launching Stepping into More, Rachel served as Human Resources Manager at EMI Music Distribution and the Manager of Organization Development and Training at Easton Sports, Inc. 

Rachel earned a Master’s of Science in Counseling for Business, Industry, and Government and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resources. She achieved her Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Strengths Coach with the Marcus Buckingham Company. A leadership and career development coach and talent consultant, Nicole’s mission and purpose is to partner with leaders who want to define an authentic leadership vision and move their careers, businesses and people successfully toward that vision.  Her corporate work includes consulting with small companies and start-ups who are in growth mode, with a focus on building out structure, tools and programs to support the ‘talent ecosystem’ in scalable and meaningful ways.

Over the course of her corporate career, she has worked in Australia, Canada and the US, across a diverse range of industries that include banking, finance, video games, interactive media and entertainment.  

Nicole received her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) training and certification from the Coaches Training Institute, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation and is a Conversational Intelligence (CiQ) Enhanced Skills Practitioner.

Raymond McCarthyRAYMOND MCARTHY

Ray McCarthy has had a life long goal to assist and serve people in all walks of life.  He spent several years in the corporate world with major insurance corporations and was Western Regional General Manger for a self-insuring operation.  For the past ten years he partnered in building a small firm to become a major player in the business community. 

Through business experience and obtaining certifications such as Master Behaviorist and DISC he uses a unique approach to coaching clients to close the gap to where they are to where they want to be.

Credentialed with ICF as ACC coach he earned his NLP coaching certification through the California NLP Institute in northern California.  For two years he served as teaching assistant and advisor to the training program at Academy Leadership & Coaching, an ACTP sanctioned program incorporating NLP techniques.  He obtained his MBA in Business Management from Golden Gate University.

Raymond works toward inspiring others through his Rx4Empowerment platform.  Coaching clients to be empowered in their personal and professional lives.

He recently sold controlling interest in the company and is researching other opportunities.  Other times he can be found volunteering time at Children’s Hospital L A with his therapy dog Riley visiting the children and staff.

Pedro Pinto is a Certified Executive Coach, supporting C-Level individuals and Managers to overcome their roadblocks, balancing their personal and professional lives while being the most effective in their companies, and with their teams – he focuses on leadership, business strategy, and behavior/cultural transformation.

With a solid – 17+ years – in the corporate world as a CIO, he understands the hurdles of how to navigate across a company, it's areas, and teams.

Having an IT, Digital Marketing, Master in Neuropsychology, MBA, and having a solution-focused mindset he can support, facilitate and provide solutions in an integrated way achieving the best possible outcome/scenario.

He is an International Coach Federation member, Professional Certified Coach, and was an ICF Charter Chapter Portugal volunteer for the past two presidents with responsibilities regarding communications, election process, membership, and advisor. Alongside he is also a member of the ICF Los Angeles, Spain and Italy Chapters, due to his love for languages – he speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian -, getting a broader perspective of the daily life of these Chapters.

Gay Cunningham, thought leader and change agent, is a passionate and celebrated nurse leader and coach who has helped to develop and influence leaders in every organization she’s led.

Kathy Hadizadeh, MSc, PCC is the founder of Heart Mind Tuning in Los Angeles and a former IT executive.

Heart Mind Tuning is a coaching and consulting agency focused on human potential development and performance optimization.

She is a certified integral life, leadership, and executive development coach by New Ventures West. Kathy is also a certified neuroscience based emotional intelligence and mindful leadership consultant by Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI).

Using her background in systems thinking and her track record in mind body connection, Kathy developed methods that amplify effectiveness of leaders and boosts innovation in teams.

Liz Mohler, M.S. helps people "Realize their potential, visualize their goals and actualize their dreams." She is a strategic consultant, speaker, coach and facilitator.  For over 20 years she has provided career/life counseling sessions coaching entrepreneurs, career changers, recent graduates, and those in family business.

Liz customizes on and off site retreats and trainings to assist organizations with strategic planning, sales training, staff development, and change-management. Sample companies: Career Strategies, Crystal Stairs, Screen Actors Guild, UCLA, Fandango and Right Management.

Her Masters’ degree is from the University of Arizona in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Assessment. Her undergrad is from her hometown, UW Madison in Psychology/Education.  Liz is an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University teaching at the Graduate School of Psychology and Education and lecturing at the Graziadio School of Business.

Liz is on the approved vendor list for both LA County and the City of Los Angeles and presents frequently at local libraries. She facilitated the Speakers Academy for the Greater LA Chapter of the National Speakers Association and helps coordinates the Hall of Fame fundraising dinner for the Los Angeles Chapter of US Lacrosse.

Liz is on the Board of the Westchester Mental Health Guild which supports the services of the Airport Marina Counseling Center and she serves as Co-Chair of Student Engagement on the UCLA Parents’ Council. Liz is also a member of Meeting Professionals International and is on the Westchester Parks and Recreation board. She strongly believes that Networking is one letter away from Not Working! Liz enjoys facilitating networking sessions and team building activities to improve employee retention and engagement.

George Rocheny was born on the East Coast, but found his home in Southern California in 2011, while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. George is a passionate and creative educator. His commitment to lifelong learning and professional development led him to earn several Master degrees: Master of Science in Education from National University; Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Walden University. George is now pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Professional and Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.

George thrives on creating moments of growth, self-discovery, and awareness – facilitating those moments that change mindsets, open up new possibilities, and tap into the hidden potential of others while learning new lessons along the way. His passion is all about helping people, teams and organizations grow through establishing, implementing, and evaluating effective employee development and training programs with a focus on a coaching culture.

Prior to founding GR Personal and Professional Development, George served in the United States Coast Guard on active duty for 11 years and in the Reserves for 3 years, earning the rank of Chief Petty Officer. Upon his release from active duty in 2015, he pursued a full-time career in teaching Special Education to at-risk youth. He began coaching in 2017, and specializes in leadership, career and brand development. He focuses on transitioning and bridging the gap between obstacles and opportunities.

Gia Storms is a professional coach and leadership expert specializing in developing employees, leading teams and catalyzing change. She brings to her work more than 15 years of strategic communications and marketing in the corporate and non-profit worlds, inspiring groups and individuals to overcome their fears and step forth with courage.

Gia previously served as the Chief Communications Officer at the Hammer Museum at UCLA, one of Los Angeles' leading contemporary art Museums and cultural centers. She led the museum in understanding communications styles and facilitated trainings across the museum to help improve outcomes in internal communications, employee engagement and departmental collaboration.

As coach and leadership facilitator, Gia brings strategic communication and storytelling to all her clients working to develop their organizations and futures. Presenting in front of groups and one- on-one, she helps individuals to realize their future path and pave the way for transformation in business and careers, with particular focus on mindfulness and co-active coaching.

Cynthia Oredugba’s passion is to guide women who yearn to be their best selves but who’ve put their innermost dreams on hold for family or career. Though they value their choices, now it’s their turn to explore new horizons. Cynthia helps them find clarity and confidence so they uncover their true purpose and manifest the abundant, meaningful life they desire.

Cynthia has a rich history of fulfilling her own life purpose. She was the first African American woman to join the William Morris Talent Agency as an agent trainee in the early 1970s, and later opened her own boutique talent agency in Los Angeles. In her 16 year career, she helped numerous creative individuals launch their dream careers, including director Lee Daniels of The Butler, Precious and Empire fame. Cynthia even introduced friend Alex Haley to David Wolper, who produced the iconic miniseries Roots! After stepping away to raise her two precious sons, Cynthia then helped the American Cancer Society raise awareness through trainings, workshops and seminars.

  • While CEO of Ducoco (a leading, privately-held Brazilian food and beverage company with two manufacturing units, seven plantations and over 1800 employees), Tim was responsible for the repositioning of the company and its portfolio, developing a plan leading to an IPO; led restructuring, governance and change management efforts to improve performance and increase the company’s value.
  • As CEO at Novartis’ Medical Nutrition BU, Tim was responsible for outstanding results, including growing sales by 53% and EBIT by 265%, reducing NWC and improving the company’s cash position and achieving leadership in the core Hospital Care channel.
  • As President of Bacardi, Tim improved results by increasing volume 12%, gross profit by 21% and by decreasing structure costs from 34% to 31% of net sales.  He also improved the company’s cash position by reducing net debt by US$ 6MM (without reducing working capital) and finance expenses by over US$ 1MM.
  • As GM of Budweiser Brasil, Tim built Budweiser’s volume (+40%), share (22pp to 31% Share Of Segment) and leadership (share gap from 2pp to 17pp) in a highly competitive International Brands segment.  Share of total market grew from 0.18% to 0.25%. Budweiser was the leading International brand with twice the share of its closest competitor.

In addition, Tim is a Director (certified by Anderson UCLA) on Boards of major organizations and an Adjunct Professor of leadership, strategy and marketing at leading graduate business schools.

Ester is founder of Coaching Without Borders, a non-profit organization supporting social initiatives in Russia and CIS countries through working with leaders of charity funds, social entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and human rights activists, providing leaders with all-round professional pro bono support through coaching and mentoring sessions, business and coaching training.

Ester has a Master degree in Communications from Moscow State University, where she specialized in Philosophy of Language and Communications and is a certified coach of 7 international coaching schools.

Ester used to be a professional athlete, Europe champion in athletic fitness (2012), her passion is sport, psychology, personal growth and helping people.

 

Desiree Briel Rody

Desiree has worked in Higher Education Administration at Princeton University School of Architecture, non-profits in the Seattle-area, and in People and Business Strategy at Brooks Sports and uniquelyHR, in addition to owning her own personal chef business, Able Table. With experience in the start-up world, in non-profits and higher education, and in large corporations, Desiree is passionate about leadership and development and building successful companies through simultaneous creation of people and business strategy based on the vision and mission of a company.  She now owns her own consulting and coaching business with the intention to help businesses build their business strategy and people strategy together, investing in, aligning and developing the employees as the first customers in order to drive business.

Desiree finds great satisfaction in helping others to become their best, while simultaneously pursuing her own path of self-improvement.  Desiree holds a B.A. in Art and American Studies from Yale University and an MBA from Seattle University where she continues to assist with and facilitate graduate leadership courses, MGMT 5100, Leadership Skills and Team Development, and MGMT 5335, Leading with Emotional Intelligence.  She teaches Emotional Intelligence workshops here in LA for businesses, non-profits, and the private sector.  She is an avid marathon runner and swimmer, loves to cook and bake, and is also the proud mom to two active, fun-loving boys, Ben(5) and Will(3).

Debra Balamos

She also works on improving communication skills in order to make positive and lasting change. Her clients are often women leaders in corporate and creative environments.

Debra is an executive leadership coach and mentor with a background of 12 years of coaching and 25 years in entertainment marketing and sales distribution.

Clients she has coached and consulted include media/tech organizations such as ABC/Disney, Nickelodeon, Hallmark/Crown Media, Cartoon Network/Turner, Women in Cable Television, and GOAT.

Before becoming an executive leadership coach, Debra served in multiple senior entertainment marketing roles including startup ventures, non-profits and large corporations such as Showtime Networks, Sundance TV, MTV Networks, Film Independent, and The Entertainment Industry Foundation.

She worked on numerous successful initiatives, launching the distribution of diverse television networks, TV series, and branding campaigns.

Additionally, she designed high-profile education outreach and advocacy programs supporting the arts and STEM, including visual & performing arts, music, film, and travel.

Debra is an innovative leader driven by creativity, initiative, and dedication to excellence. Cindy Lamar

Cindy Lamar represents what it means to be a lifelong learner and diverse educator. In her 18 years in education she has focused on teaching, mentoring and holistic human development. She navigated several professional pivots, shifting from academia to corporate environments, and from teaching language to technology to professional development. These changes have allowed her to work within a variety of industries and to collaborate globally.

During her most recent employment with MediaMath, a global marketing technology company, she designed, managed and facilitated educational workshops and classes for internal and external clients. While initially hired to train users on their Demand-Side Platform (DSP), she quickly expanded her offerings to include workshops on effective communication, emotional intelligence and stress management. Feeling the need to further expand her skills, she set out to become a program designer, enabling her to increase her impact and deliver programs that inspire transformative growth. Two such programs were successfully launched: Mentor-the-Mentor and Executive Education for Programmatic Leaders in APAC. Once certified as a professional coach, she introduced coaching into the L&D department, designing Coaching for Trainers and Coaching for Managers workshops. In October 2017, Cindy left MediaMath to start a coaching business and more fully pursue her artistic endeavors in LA.

Michael Ehrenberg is an executive coach located in the Los Angeles area working solely and with a variety of executive coaching firms through his own company, forward4change, and most recently has joined The DrumCafeWestCoast and Blue Fire Leadership.

Michael has consistently built a roster of clients In a variety of corporate and non corporate realms over the past decade. He began his coaching career with an International Coaching firm from Australia working with middle and senior level executives at several key technology companies, including: Cisco Systems and Novellus Software. As an associate with the company, Michael quickly was tapped to become part of a team with the firm to work with leaders and executives set to move into upper level management and executive roles. Kimberly has an appreciation for the challenges and complexities of day-to-day communication, especially in high stress cultures. George AvelinoGEORGE AVELINO

With a Masters in Digital Media Art from UCSB, George has over 20 years experience in many aspects of web development including frontend, backend, haptics, design, and marketing.

His most important work to date was volunteering for the Tibetan cause in India. Together with his wife, we worked directly with the Tibetan Parliament in Exile and separately with H.H. Dalai Lama's agenda to educate the world about the loss of natural resources in Tibet.

His proudest work achievement was teaching Tibetan refugees and monks web development. Classes were taught during winter in a freezing cold tiny room of a monastery. There was no heat, no computers, one very dim light bulb and a room full of eager students.

When not traveling the world, he resides in Hawaii with his wife and two young children.

Following a successful career as a business development executive in Entertainment and Technology working for both Fortune 500 corporations and venture backed emerging companies, Alison wanted to make an impact in a different, consequential way. Arnold Zeman is a Certified Professional Co-Active CoachTM trained by the Harvard of professional coach training, the Coaches Training Institute. He has also been certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach.

Prior to becoming a coach, he had a 33-year career as a Canadian public servant in successively more senior positions, culminating with his appointment as Assistant Inspector General of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. After retiring from the federal government in December 2006, Arnold trained and was accredited as a family mediator by the Ontario Association of Family Mediation. He was on the court roster as a family mediator in Ottawa for a number of years and also had a standing offer with Health Canada to facilitate discussions about workplace conflict. Jane is the founding explorer behind "Inner Journeys Coaching".  Her coaching practice helps women in transition thrive while providing healing for others.  She coaches physicians and healers, psychotherapists, life coaches, and other healthcare professionals.  She also coaches family or professional caregivers of the disabled, seriously ill, or dying.

As a coach and guide to others on their own "Inner Journeys" for over two decades, Jane brings her professional expertise, personal commitment, and sense of humor to every client to support them in achieving their very best.

Jen Wilson is a coach, trainer and facilitator with a background in developing and leading ethnically and generationally diverse teams.  She combines deep business and team building expertise with proven experience developing leaders. Jen specializes in motivating individuals and operational teams to make bold decisions in line with their core values, inspiring productivity breakthroughs and meaningful change. 

Jen comes from an 18-year career in international education, higher education collaboration and nonprofit management.
