Gia Storms is a professional coach and leadership expert specializing in developing employees, leading teams and catalyzing change. She brings to her work more than 15 years of strategic communications and marketing in the corporate and non-profit worlds, inspiring groups and individuals to overcome their fears and step forth with courage.
Gia previously served as the Chief Communications Officer at the Hammer Museum at UCLA, one of Los Angeles' leading contemporary art Museums and cultural centers. She led the museum in understanding communications styles and facilitated trainings across the museum to help improve outcomes in internal communications, employee engagement and departmental collaboration.
As coach and leadership facilitator, Gia brings strategic communication and storytelling to all her clients working to develop their organizations and futures. Previously, Gia was the Vice President of Communications and External Affairs at the Times Square Alliance, managing communications and government relations for New York City's second largest Business Improvement District and promoting major annual events such as New Year's Eve. Gia also worked in Edelman’s New York Public Affairs, managing non-profits and corporate business, and served as the Media Director for Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum, the second highest elected official in the city of New York.
A native of Seattle, Gia is an alumna of Barnard College, Columbia University, with a bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies. She graduated from the Coaching Training Institute, one of the world’s oldest coaching universities, with a certification in professional coaching, and has been trained with Coro’s Leadership New York, and certified in Interpersonal Leadership Styles, leading workshops with teams across dozens of organizations. Cynthia Oredugba’s passion is to guide women who yearn to be their best selves but who’ve put their innermost dreams on hold for family or career. In her 16 year career, she helped numerous creative individuals launch their dream careers, including director Lee Daniels of The Butler, Precious and Empire fame. Cynthia even introduced friend Alex Haley to David Wolper, who produced the iconic miniseries Roots! After stepping away to raise her two precious sons, Cynthia then helped the American Cancer Society raise awareness through trainings, workshops and seminars.

- As CEO at Novartis’ Medical Nutrition BU, Tim was responsible for outstanding results, including growing sales by 53% and EBIT by 265%, reducing NWC and improving the company’s cash position and achieving leadership in the core Hospital Care channel.
- As President of Bacardi, Tim improved results by increasing volume 12%, gross profit by 21% and by decreasing structure costs from 34% to 31% of net sales. He also improved the company’s cash position by reducing net debt by US$ 6MM (without reducing working capital) and finance expenses by over US$ 1MM.
- As GM of Budweiser Brasil, Tim built Budweiser’s volume (+40%), share (22pp to 31% Share Of Segment) and leadership (share gap from 2pp to 17pp) in a highly competitive International Brands segment. Share of total market grew from 0.18% to 0.25%. Budweiser was the leading International brand with twice the share of its closest competitor.
In addition, Tim is a Director (certified by Anderson UCLA) on Boards of major organizations and an Adjunct Professor of leadership, strategy and marketing at leading graduate business schools.

Desiree has worked in Higher Education Administration at Princeton University School of Architecture, non-profits in the Seattle-area, and in People and Business Strategy at Brooks Sports and uniquelyHR, in addition to owning her own personal chef business, Able Table. With experience in the start-up world, in non-profits and higher education, and in large corporations, Desiree is passionate about leadership and development and building successful companies through simultaneous creation of people and business strategy based on the vision and mission of a company. She now owns her own consulting and coaching business with the intention to help businesses build their business strategy and people strategy together, investing in, aligning and developing the employees as the first customers in order to drive business.
Desiree finds great satisfaction in helping others to become their best, while simultaneously pursuing her own path of self-improvement. CINDY LAMAR, CPC, MA
Cindy Lamar represents what it means to be a lifelong learner and diverse educator. In her 18 years in education she has focused on teaching, mentoring and holistic human development. She navigated several professional pivots, shifting from academia to corporate environments, and from teaching language to technology to professional development. These changes have allowed her to work within a variety of industries and to collaborate globally.
During her most recent employment with MediaMath, a global marketing technology company, she designed, managed and facilitated educational workshops and classes for internal and external clients. While initially hired to train users on their Demand-Side Platform (DSP), she quickly expanded her offerings to include workshops on effective communication, emotional intelligence and stress management. Feeling the need to further expand her skills, she set out to become a program designer, enabling her to increase her impact and deliver programs that inspire transformative growth. Two such programs were successfully launched: Mentor-the-Mentor and Executive Education for Programmatic Leaders in APAC. Once certified as a professional coach, she introduced coaching into the L&D department, designing Coaching for Trainers and Coaching for Managers workshops. With a Masters in Digital Media Art from UCSB, George has over 20 years experience in many aspects of web development including frontend, backend, haptics, design, and marketing.
His most important work to date was volunteering for the Tibetan cause in India. Together with his wife, we worked directly with the Tibetan Parliament in Exile and separately with H.H. Dalai Lama's agenda to educate the world about the loss of natural resources in Tibet.
His proudest work achievement was teaching Tibetan refugees and monks web development. Classes were taught during winter in a freezing cold tiny room of a monastery. There was no heat, no computers, one very dim light bulb and a room full of eager students.
When not traveling the world, he resides in Hawaii with his wife and two young children.
ALISON HORSTMEYER, MS, MBA
Following a successful career as a business development executive in Entertainment and Technology working for both Fortune 500 corporations and venture backed emerging companies, Alison wanted to make an impact in a different, consequential way. Having guided high performing teams, and at the same time, witnessing first-hand the prevalence of disengagement, burnout, and the inability for many of her colleagues to develop homeodynamic adaptive skills and behaviors so they could thrive, Alison chose to embark on a path to become an executive coach and business growth consultant. Jane is the founding explorer behind "Inner Journeys Coaching". Her coaching practice helps women in transition thrive while providing healing for others. Jen Wilson is a coach, trainer and facilitator with a background in developing and leading ethnically and generationally diverse teams. She combines deep business and team building expertise with proven experience developing leaders. Jen specializes in motivating individuals and operational teams to make bold decisions in line with their core values, inspiring productivity breakthroughs and meaningful change.
Jen comes from an 18-year career in international education, higher education collaboration and nonprofit management. Over this time she has built and led multiple teams in a global organization, managing key deliverables for domestic and foreign government and corporate partners. Jen has created breakthroughs with leaders and cross-cultural teams by helping them take stock of today, co-create a vision of tomorrow, and commit to sustained impact over time.
Jen holds a Masters degree in International Education Development from Columbia University, Teachers College, and a Bachelors of Science in Child and Family Development from Benedict College. She has also completed a Leadership Development Program with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and currently is in enrolled in the Co-Active Coach® Training Program with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) due to complete in May 2019.
