Rachel Karu’s quest for purpose and passion led her to create Stepping into More – A personal and professional development company dedicated to supporting clients with their quest to unleash their purpose and passion in order to live a fulfilling and empowering life! An experienced coach, speaker, trainer, and singer with over 19 years’ experience, she energizes her clients and creates an affirming environment for personal and professional transformation. Prior to launching Stepping into More, Rachel served as Human Resources Manager at EMI Music Distribution and the Manager of Organization Development and Training at Easton Sports, Inc.
Rachel earned a Master’s of Science in Counseling for Business, Industry and Government and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resources. She achieved her Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Strengths Coach with the Marcus Buckingham Company. Rachel is certified/qualified in a variety of assessment tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Standout (strengths based assessment).
Rachel’s personal journey as a Recovering Perfectionist inspired her to create Stepping into More. Rachel’s perfectionism paralyzed her from pursuing her passion for singing for over 20 years until a car accident changed everything.

SARAH KHAMBATTA, coach
Sarah is the founder of Dreams Transform Reality; a company committed to clients getting massive results in their businesses and careers by expanding their confidence, capacity and strategies.
Prior to Coaching, Sarah was the General Manager of two large live theatres and an outdoor venue in Los Angeles for 10 years. The facility was located on Federal Government property which honed her skills essential to communicate within government leadership, healthcare non-profits and highly esteemed Hollywood elite while collaborating with outside public, private and political opinion in a sensitive environment.

YU LIN KONG, Communications Coach for Software Engineers
Yu-Lin Kong coaches software engineers to communicate effectively as they make successful career transitions to thrive as emerging problem solvers of our future. Tina Robinson, MBA
Tina Robinson is a workplace futurist and talent management strategist on a mission to transform how we think and feel about “work.” We all want to bring our “whole selves” to work, to unleash our potential, and be cheered and rewarded for it. Tina’s imperative is to make this a reality, as a business leader, consultant, coach, facilitator, and teacher.
Tina is Chief Executive Officer at WorkJoy, an organizational transformation start-up creating happier places to work and more engaged, future-ready workforces from the inside out – through personalized human-to-human coaching solutions and programs tailored to each organization’s intersection of people, processes, and systems. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia and earned her MBA from the University of Michigan. Tina shares her knowledge with the community as a business school faculty member at Loyola Marymount University and as a coach and volunteer with local and international nonprofits.

Cynthia Oredugba’s passion is to guide women who yearn to be their best selves but who’ve put their innermost dreams on hold for family or career. Cynthia has a rich history of fulfilling her own life purpose. She was the first African American woman to join the William Morris Talent Agency as an agent trainee in the early 1970s, and later opened her own boutique talent agency in Los Angeles. In her 16 year career, she helped numerous creative individuals launch their dream careers, including director Lee Daniels of The Butler, Precious and Empire fame. Cynthia even introduced friend Alex Haley to David Wolper, who produced the iconic miniseries Roots! After stepping away to raise her two precious sons, Cynthia then helped the American Cancer Society raise awareness through trainings, workshops and seminars.
Cynthia’s empowering experience with personal development coaching inspired her passion to help others uncover and activate their full, extraordinary potential.
