Purpose & Goals
The purpose of ICFLA is to provide support, education, training and resources to practicing and aspiring professional coaches in helping them enhance their professional skills, and grow their practices. ICFLA actively promotes awareness of coaching to the community at large.

Celebrate a great year! At this time of year when celebrations are part of many traditions, we invite you to celebrate with us. Celebrate the work you do – or the work you are about to begin. Celebrate the life you are living – and the living you have before you. Celebrate the people in your life – and the people who have yet to enter your life. As an organization, ICFLA has much to celebrate.
