Wouldn't it be great if all of the ICF Core Competencies were so seamlessly integrated into our coaching that they showed up effortlessly and consistently? As many of you already know, it is possible to gain such a deep understanding of the competencies, that they become second nature. Similar to driving, in the beginning we are vividly aware of steering, turning, looking in our rear view mirror and putting on the parking brake. But eventually, our body and mind are able to simply drive. As coaches, we have had this experience too; the experience of simply "coaching."

We are excited to share with ICFLA, one part of the Deeper Conversations Program, which covers all competencies in depth. Whether you are a new coach who is still learning the competencies, or a seasoned coach that would like to freshen up your skill set, we hope you will join us for a deeper conversation about Creating Awareness.

Jamee Tenzer, PCC
Jamee is currently a Trainer and Assessment Coordinator with International Coach Academy. She holds a CPC certification from the International Coach Academy and a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation.

In 2002, she founded CMQ Coaching, LLC (Coach Me Quick! Coaching), a private coaching practice with a focus on professional women and working mothers. Her coaching emphasizes working with her clients to integrate their professional and personal lives in order to make their vision real in the workplace without giving up the experience they want, at home. She is also a trainer, mentor and small business coach. In 2003, Jamee became certified as a mediator and volunteered in the Los Angeles juvenile justice system working with youth offenders and their victims. She also co-created and facilitated a 3-month youth peer mediation training program for the Los Angeles Leadership Academy.

Prior to becoming a coach, Jamee worked as an executive in the entertainment industry working on numerous live network television shows and series. She also co-developed and co-produced the highly-acclaimed MTV television series and franchise; “Music in High Places,” sponsored by MSN and Radio Shack, and served as the Marketing Director for the franchise.

Her writing has been published in magazines, she is a contributor to numerous websites, writes a monthly newsletter “Coach Me Quick!” and manages “Executive Moms” on Linked In. In 2006, she co-authored “101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life,” and in July of 2011 she published her first Coach Me Quick! Guide; “For Working Mothers: Less Stress, More Fun and Get It All Done.”

Jamee is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Producers Guild of America and Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Other interests include; travelling, walks on the beach and spending lots of time with her husband and 3 children.

Sheri Boone, MCC
Sheri is a master coach, training and mentoring coaches around the world. She is the Chief Coaching Officer for Inspired Mastery, owner of MCC Mentor Coach, creator of the Deeper Conversations Coaching Program, and co-author of “Pause: 52 Ways to Shift Any Outcome in Less Than a Minute.” In addition to her own businesses, Sheri served as Head of Coaching and Coach Training at the International Coach Academy, supervising and mentoring students from 90 countries. Currently she serves as Director of Training at the Center for Executive Coaching. Sheri received her Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation in 2004, and is a Master Certified Learning Facilitator. With a degree in psychology, a diverse business background, and a love of relationships, Sheri brings a wealth of life and business experience to her work. Sheri lives in the magnificent Pacific Northwest, and enjoys walking, dancing, and spending time with her amazing family and friends.
