"Please note date change TO TUESDAY, SEPT. 19th due to the Rosh Hashanah holiday on Wednesday, Sept. 20th”.

There are many paths to success in the field of coaching. Come here how these coaches followed unique paths to success and hear what they have learned along the way. They will share advice to both new and experienced coaches as well as their challenges and successes along the way.

Bring your questions as there will be plenty of time for our panelists to answer them and share their resources.

What you’ll learn from the panelists:

  • How they gained clarity and confidence in their practice
  • Challenges and how they have overcome them
  • Best practices for marketing and growing their practice
  • Advice they have for new coaches and more

Mimi Peak’s coaching abilities are the result of a lifetime of studying, learning, and applying the best human development skills she could find in every area of life. She honed her thinking and research skills during her years as a civil litigation attorney in Los Angeles. This early career has served her well as she moved into her studies of human potential: the lawyer side of Mimi requires that any idea or theory is backed up with solid evidence and concrete results. Mimi’s approach to learning has always been thorough: she is only satisfied when she feels she understands and more important, is able to use what she learns with herself before she can teach it to others.

Mimi’s search for the best techniques has encompassed certifications in clinical hypnosis, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Neuro-Associative Conditioning, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming; working as a Master Trainer with Robbins Research Int’l for seven years; becoming a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaches Federation; postgraduate studies at California School of Professional Psychology; and countless seminars, meetings, and trainings in everything from Science of Mind to Human Software Engineering.

Mimi is the founder and owner of Peak Experiences Coaching, a company that offers the best executive, success and life coaching and coaching-related products to clients worldwide. Mimi’s past and current clients include billionaires, CEOs, Olympic-level athletes, celebrities, writers, speakers, parents, children, salespeople, managers, executives, entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers, psychologists, other coaches — anyone who wants to be, do, and have more success and fulfillment.

Cynthia Oredugba’s passion is to guide women who yearn to be their best selves but who’ve put their dreams on hold for family or career. Cynthia helps them find clarity and confidence so they uncover their true purpose and manifest the meaningful life they desire.

In the early 1970s, Cynthia became the first African American woman to join the William Morris Talent Agency as an agent trainee. She stayed for six years before opening her own talent agency in Los Angeles. During her career, Cynthia helped numerous actors, writers and directors realize their dreams through her clear guidance and boundless enthusiasm.

Cynthia lived what she now coaches. After leaving her successful career to be a full-time mother, she joined the American Cancer Society to raise cancer awareness through workshops and seminars. During that time, Cynthia began working with a gifted coach and soon discovered her purpose?to serve others by helping them find their truth and innate talents so they activate their full, extraordinary potential.

Cynthia has been recognized for sharing her goodwill, time and talents. She’s been featured in Huffington Post, was an interviewer for the Ford Foundation Fellowship Program, and a Fellow of the Advocacy Institute in Washington, DC. She received the NAACP Legal Defense Black Women of Achievement Award. For helping Los Angeles area women and girls, she received the Women’s Information Network’s Award of Excellence during their celebration of the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day. City Club Los Angeles awarded Cynthia the Women of The City Club (LA) Award, and the County of Los Angeles saluted her with its annual Living Legends Award for her community leadership.
