As coaches, we often get seduced into coaching the less powerful aspects of our clients. Believing that the "lesser voice" needs support. Through recognizing various voices the coach can encourage their clients to find the most empowered voice within and champion them to rise to the more True Self of who they really are. .
Coaches will learn:
to recognize 5 Key voices within
to distinguish the most empowered Self from the lesser self
to hold space and encourage each aspect of self to emerge
sample questions to ask to move the client into their most empowered expression
to build trust with all aspects of the client
when to move into empowered action
