Ross Girardi

If you made a New Year's resolution, the odds that you'll achieve your goals are stacked against you. Research shows that while 45 percent of Americans make a New Year's resolutions, only 8 percent are successful in achieving their goal. This same dilemma applies to individuals and organizations across the board, who consistently fail to meet their targets. What’s the problem?

In this Teleclass, you will learn to:

  • Understand the power of catalysts and get committed to using them to help you and your clients move forward
  • Identify and deploy the five primary catalysts
  • Create a winning mindset, even when things get tough
  • Step forward into growth instead of retreating-back into safety
  • Understand the problem with comfort zones
  • Use a powerful tool for seeing the big picture, then using it to guide future decision making

Ross Girardi is the Senior Vice President, Growth and Operations, at IT Noble, Inc. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of Conscious Management Consulting, LLC (CMC) and the former Vice President of the DC Chapter of Conscious Capitalism. Ross sits on the board of the Boothby Institute, a 501c3 non-profit. He has over 20 years of senior leadership, management and consulting experience in Fortune 500 companies.
