As the world becomes increasingly interconnected and interdependent, and business organizations experience unprecedented levels of turbulence, how do coaches partner with and creatively provoke their clients to benefit from risk, stress, disorder, and disruption? In his book “Antifragile: Things That Gain from Disorder,” Nassim Nicholas Taleb introduced the concept of antifragility: “the fragile wants tranquility, the antifragile grows from disorder, and the robust doesn’t care too much.” Nassim Nicholas Taleb, "the hottest thinker in the world" (The Sunday Times, London), is an essayist, scholar, former trader, and risk analyst, whose work focuses on randomness, probability, and uncertainty. Using various case experiences, Si will explore how to work with stress in coaching dynamics to achieve business outcomes.

You will learn:

  • What Antifragility is all about
  • How to work with stress so that coaching clients benefit, explored using various case experience
  • What the benefits are to coaches and how to explore stress using real life case experiences
