Do you have spiritual practices that guide your everyday living?
Have you befitted as a coach from these spiritual practices and/or from spiritual guidance?
Do you want to leverage this spirituality in your coaching practice?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you’ll benefit from this teleclass.
Our coaching education teaches us to see our client as a whole person, a combination of the physical, mental, emotional, and, yes, spiritual. And yet as coaches we often don’t let OUR whole selves come out to play, restraining the full productive use of our practices, beliefs, and collective wisdom. Spirituality is very personal, meaning something different to each of us. Just as we are careful not to impose our biases and preferences onto our clients, so we can practice similar care in how we tap into our spirituality in support of a robust, effective, and deeply satisfying coaching practice.
In this interactive session, you will:
- Define what spirituality means to you and how it has benefited and could benefit your coaching practice
- Learn about spiritual tools that support your coaching peers and identify additional tools that may benefit you
- Describe the benefits to you and your clients by using these tools in the coaching process
