“Passion” these days is sold as the key to discovering true fulfillment and success in our careers. We’re told from teachers, consultants and marketers (and yes, some coaches) that the secret to a happiness and fulfillment is to simply “find your passion.”
If only it were that simple!
This presentation will break down the myths associated with “finding your passion.” You’ll discover how passion isn’t a requirement for client success in life and work, but just one of the many ingredients that can motivate you and your clients to pursue a rewarding and more satisfying path.
Key insights attendees will learn:
- The three myths around “Finding Your Passion” that hold you back from success.
- How to conquer the blocks that can come from “following your passion”
- Strategies for creating more passion, fulfillment, and success in you and your clients’ current life and career
- How to overcome the fear that keeps you from taking bold action
