In July, we'll be talking about a critical aspect to growing your coaching practice - business development. We'll consider a range of possible activities including leveraging strategic alliances, effective networking, subcontracting, speaking gigs, and others. We will also talk about the four questions listed below. Please join us!
How much time do I want to spend working on the business vs. in the business?
Who are my specific targets? What would be the most effective networking for the kind of client I want? Where can I go to meet the right people/groups?
What has actually brought in business in the past? How could I improve on that activity?
