In July, we'll be talking about a critical aspect to growing your coaching practice - business development. We'll consider a range of possible activities including leveraging strategic alliances, effective networking, subcontracting, speaking gigs, and others. We will also talk about the four questions listed below. Please join us!
- How much time do I want to spend working on the business vs. in the business?
- Who are my specific targets? What would be the most effective networking for the kind of client I want? Where can I go to meet the right people/groups?
- What has actually brought in business in the past? How could I improve on that activity?
- What does my brand convey to prospective buyers? Tagline?
