The International Coach Federation Los Angeles Charter Chapter (ICF LA), respects individual privacy and appreciates the trust of its members, visitors, and partners.  

Thus, all the information that is shared with ICF LA will be treated according to the General Regulation on Data Protection (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), designated as “GDPR.” This page describes how we use that information.

Information Record
By giving us your personal information voluntarily, it will only be accessed by our services. The data supplied will not be transferred to third parties without your prior consent.

We deem as personal information all the information that can be used to identify a user, such as, for instance, name, e-mail, and other contact elements, or other necessary data so we can supply the requested service.

We don't automatically record personal information, including your IP address. The recording of the IP addresses that access the website is only used for purposes of statistical and traffic analysis.

ICFLA does not disclose credit card account information provided by its members and customers. When members and customers choose to pay using their credit cards, ICFLA submits the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouse.
