Supervision is a partnership in which the coach brings his/her work to a supervisor to explore challenges, ethical dilemmas, emotional responses and how the personal may intrude into the professional.

Jamee Tenzer, PCC is an Executive Coach, Trainer and Mentor. For 17 years she has worked with Executives in industries including entertainment, non-profit, design and technology. Jamee served for 10 years as a Trainer for the International Coach Academy, and co-created three ICF Accredited courses; Deeper Conversations Coaching, Mentor Coach Certification and Real Coaching Sessions Unplugged.
Ronni Hendel-Giller works as an executive coach, leadership development facilitator and coach supervisor with individuals, groups and teams. As a coach, her focus is on building the mindsets, self-awareness and overall capacity to achieve results through others and to navigate through increased complexity. She works within organizations to build powerful teams and thriving cultures. Her clients are located across the globe, including Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East as well as throughout the United States. She works across multiple sectors, including finance, technology, social enterprise and non-profit.
Nancy Tylim, PCC, is a Coach Supervisor, Mentor Coach, Clinical Psychologist, and Trainer on Cultural Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Inclusion and Diversity, andThe Daring Way™ based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Nancy has worked with Fortune 100 businesses, non-profits, NGOs, national, state and global companies.
Damian Goldvarg, Ph.D., MCC, ESIA has thirty years of experience in executive assessment and coaching, leadership development, talent management, facilitation, strategic planning, and team building services. Originally from Argentina, he has extensive experience working with people from different cultures and social backgrounds. He has worked with individuals and organizations in over sixty countries, including the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia, offering services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
He is a Master Certified Coach and received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant University in California. He is also an Accredited Coach Supervisor (ESIA) and facilitates certifications on Professional Coaching (ACTP), Mentor Coaching and Coaching Supervision. He was the 2013-2014 ICF Global President.
Through his work with multinational Fortune 100 companies, governments and community-based organizations Damian’s coaching and consulting services have realized extraordinary results for his clients. These results enhance productivity and communication, impact the quality of leadership present within these organizations and improve the quality of the work and personal lives of those individuals he coaches and consults. He published four books in Spanish on personal development and coaching and several papers and book chapters.
Damian has a background in business and mental health with areas of expertise in emotional intelligence, communication, delegation, conflict resolution, behavioral interviewing, and 360 feedback. He is a member of ICF, EMCC, ACTO, Gay Coaching Alliance, National Speakers Association, and Toastmasters International.
