The power of coaching is profoundly leveraged through practical applications of neuroscientific principles. Learn how to support your and your clients’ greater self-awareness, emotional capacity, resilience, and regulation through an evidence-based approach to changing the brain. This course assists coaches to grasp the basic premises of interpersonal neurobiology and translate it into action steps to empower their clients to transform their momentary ‘states’ into sustained ‘traits’.

This presentation will help coaches to understand the neuroscience of stress and wellbeing and how stress impacts our physiology, psychology and performance. Coaches will (1) be able to identify and detect when a client is stressed or burnt out and (2) have tools to help their clients to both recognize their stress and build resiliency by being able shift into wellbeing.
