Are you an established executive coach looking for community? Or perhaps you’re curious about executive coaching. Or somewhere in between? No matter where you are, if executive coaching is on your radar, this is your SIG!

Our first session of 2019 will set our agendas for the rest of the year. Plus we’ll explore one tension inherent to corporate coaching.  Most coach training programs teach that the client has the answers within him or herself. But in corporate coaching, often the client needs to learn a skill or technique they don’t know. And the coach (you!) is responsible for getting the client across the goal line. We’ll explore those competing priorities.

Turn on your video and jump into the conversation on the 8th!

Your host, Tom Henschel, has been coaching executives at companies like Mattel, Netflix, Lockheed and AECOM for more than twenty-five years. Most often he works alone as the head of Essential Communications, but. But often he subcontracts to colleagues. He was a founding coach at Corporate Coaching International and is a senior coach with Arden Consulting, Aria Consulting and Executive Coaching Connections. He coaches in-person in the U.S. and via phone and video internationally.
