Coaching today’s Children to become the Empowering Leaders of tomorrow:
The new paradigm in Education.
We are all leaders. We are leading ourselves, our children, spouses, families, teams, clients and communities. So it is not if you are a leader but, how well do you lead?
Leadership is “Modeling a powerful way of being which promotes and builds the internal capacity of others so they are self motivated and access their own answers and resources.”
But how do we learn how to lead? We learn to lead as we learn most everything; it is modeled to us by others. For instance, your first witness of “a conflict being resolved” began the design of your belief of “how conflict is resolved in your life”. Modeling is the way youth design their beliefs and their way of being in the world.
We’ve heard for years that our U.S. Public school system has been failing yet we now know via CNN that it is “Catastrophic”. To the Coaches ear, this is an opportunity to rebuild, grow and create a new paradigm.
Number 16 on the best sellers list is Diane Ravich’s “The Death and Life of the Great American School System” and, during her UCLA presentation she had the solution of a failed system: “Our System needs Effective leaders, Where are the leaders?”
Given this is the challenge within our public school system, where is the solution?
Coaching provides effective Leadership development which creates a positive culture shift within Academic organizations by modeling Leadership that empowers others.
Effective Leadership in Education builds within others the awareness that:
1. I have the capacity and resources within to accomplish that in which I desire (I can, I believe in myself).
2. I am motivated to take action as it is in alignment with my values and passion (I want to, nothing can stop me).
What beliefs will our next generation of Children create when their entire school system Models empowering Leadership?
You are correct; A new youth who believe in themselves, who are motivated to take action, who have effective Leadership skills that empower others, and who will model and pay that empowerment forward.
