Chuck Allen and Rama Yaffe are pleased to be facilitating The Coaching Skill Forum Series, providing experienced coaches with a salon-style discussion group to share our thoughts and questions on a variety of coaching skills related to the ICF Core Competencies.

Many of us have graduated from our coaching schools and worked for an extended time implementing our skills and tools one-on-one with our clients. Others are just getting started and looking for best practices. This is a chance for us to regroup with our peers, compare notes, share insights and challenges, ask questions and explore new territory together.

Chuck Allen, CPCC is Past President and Executive Advisor to the ICF-LA Board of Directors. He is the Co-Founder of Organic Communication (http://www.organiccomm.com), a consulting firm that provides coaching and training in communication, leadership and conflict management. Chuck is on the faculty of The Coaches Training Institute, and he is an Executive Coach for the Executive MBA Program of Loyola Marymount University. Chuck is the Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Coach Federation. He has coached and trained leaders in fields ranging from non-profit to aerospace, medicine, technology and the federal government. As a coach and trainer Chuck has worked throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, England, South Africa and South Korea.

Rama Yaffe, PCC, is currently President of ICF-LA. She coaches visual artists and writers toward achieving their career goals through her company White Tiger Coaching. A graduate of Tufts University and The Coaches Training Institute, she works with creative people from all over the country and has lead workshops for artists on visioning, goal setting, marketing, and organization. The powerful alchemy of her laser-like intuition and practical know-how catapults her clients from where they are to where they want to be, both personally and professionally. She is also a trainer and executive coach for Lifeline Coaching & Education and a founder of the nonprofit ARTconnectsLA.
