Date: Wednesday, September 26th, 2018
Time: 12:00 noon - 1:30 PM Pacific
Time

Leader: Mary Miller

Topic:  Pillars of Your Coaching Business

Location: Virtual Meeting via Zoom.us

"A unique Zoom video link will be provided for each session upon registration. Be sure to register every time you plan to attend to receive the updated link.”

In this session, we will discuss a range of topics and consider the questions listed here.  What happens if I suddenly have too much work? Do I want to hire employees, or how else can I provide services and keep the expanded business?
Do I simply want a lifestyle business, or am I trying to build a business that can be sold because it has value?  Do I want my business to be purely coaching, or what other services do I provide/want to provide?

Mary Miller, J.D., PCC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP,  is an expert in business building and has been coaching executives, managers, emerging leaders, and forward-thinking individuals since 2001. She brings unique perspectives to her clients based on her past experiences, including her work as an attorney and a human resources executive. Mary has broad coaching experience, ranging from an entrepreneur with a product sourced sustainably from West African women farmers (Whole Foods Market now carries this product), to senior staff of The International Council on Clean Transportation (this non-profit was a pivotal player in the 2015 VW emissions testing scandal).

She also offers group coaching, including her Best Boss Ever™ group coaching program, for teams and executive groups; group coaching usually includes use of the DiSC™ and other assessments.
