"I get my energy engaging with others and exploring options that drive their success and transformation. I am passionate about leadership development and witnessing individuals achieve what they thought they could not.

Prior to my transition to a full-time coach, I spent over 30 years as a nurse executive and consultant. My success comes from my ability to step outside my comfort zone and tackle tough issues with the head, heart and gut.

I have coached leaders at all levels. My clients have identified improvements in having difficult conversations, change management, work-life balance, setting and achieving goals and career transition. I can ask the thought-provoking question that challenges my clients to look at their situations in a different way.

Leadership finds itself in the workplace, home and community. I believe in community involvement and giving back. I have served in several leadership roles in my community and professional organizations, including ICFLA!

As a native of Missouri, I have an undying love for the St Louis Cardinals! I am also an avid SEC college football fan and can be found “tailgating” at home on Football Weekends!"

I am a CPA by trade and native Houstonian, recently relocated to Los Angeles for both a professional and personal move. I am new to the world of coaching and decided to pursue a career as a coach after working in the accounting and financial services industry for almost 10 years. In my most recent role, I ran an insurance agency and really thrived off of helping my employees grow and giving them the tools to realize their full potential. I want to use the experience I've gained in business to coach my future clients on how to discover and realize the opportunities available to them.

I’m excited to be a part of ICF Los Angeles and to start growing my network within the coaching community. I previously led a networking organization in Houston for young professionals and loved planning events for people to meet and foster new connections and relationships. I look forward to working closely with the team and organizing engaging events for our chapter members.
