Prior to Coaching, Sarah was the General Manager of two large live theatres and an outdoor venue bringing theatre to Broadway and from Broadway to Los Angeles. She managed creative productions with Hollywood and NY Talent while collaborating with Directors, Producers, and Performers.  Now she coaches artists and people to implement their vision and become the biggest version of themselves in reality.

Camille McKinney is CEO at Leveraged Leaders, a leadership coaching and consulting company. Rachel Karu’s quest for purpose and passion led her to create Stepping into More – A personal and professional development company dedicated to supporting clients to unleash their purpose and passion in order to live a fulfilling and empowering life! An experienced coach, speaker, trainer, and singer with over 19 years’ experience, she energizes her clients and creates an affirming environment for personal and professional transformation. Prior to launching Stepping into More, Rachel served as Human Resources Manager at EMI Music Distribution and the Manager of Organization Development and Training at Easton Sports, Inc.

Rachel earned a Master’s of Science in Counseling for Business, Industry, and Government and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resources. She achieved her Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Strengths Coach with the Marcus Buckingham Company. Rachel is certified/qualified in a variety of assessment tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Standout (strengths based assessment).

Rachel’s personal journey as a Recovering Perfectionist inspired her to create Stepping into More. Rachel’s perfectionism paralyzed her from pursuing her passion for singing for over 20 years until a car accident changed everything.

This series of events led Rachel back into performing, publishing her autobiographical self-help book - Stepping Into More – Lessons from a Recovering Perfectionist (, and producing her CD of songs - Stepping Into More (

As the founder of Your Recovered Life, Courtney is a dynamic and compassionate coach, known for helping clients make bold and courageous changes. Combining a wicked sense of humor with a keen understanding of the desire to find and live one’s purpose, she empowers her clients to identify and own their unique strengths in order to turn dreams into reality.

Courtney received her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach training and certification from the Coaches Training Institute, is a Professional Credentialed Coach through the International Coach Federation and is an Executive Strengths Coach through the Marcus Buckingham Company. In previous lives she was the top sales queen for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the on-air internet expert for a late-night series on FX, the coordinator for more reality sports shows than she can remember, and a producer for a documentary series on HBO that might make you blush.

Courtney has served on the board of the ICF-Los Angeles chapter for 6 years, including President in 2016, and looks forward to supporting the Board as Executive Advisor for a second year in 2019.





A leadership and career development coach and talent consultant, Nicole’s mission and purpose is to partner with leaders who want to define an authentic leadership vision and move their careers, businesses and people successfully toward that vision.  Her corporate work includes consulting with small companies and start-ups who are in growth mode, with a focus on building out structure, tools and programs to support the ‘talent ecosystem’ in scalable and meaningful ways.

Over the course of her corporate career, she has worked in Australia, Canada and the US, across a diverse range of industries that include banking, finance, video games, interactive media and entertainment.

Nicole received her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) training and certification from the Coaches Training Institute, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation and is a Conversational Intelligence (CiQ) Enhanced Skills Practitioner.

When she’s not coaching and consulting, she’s raising teenagers, facilitating mindfulness meditation, practicing yoga and hitting the beach.  She’s a travel-loving Canadian-Australian, based in Los Angeles, CA.

Ray McCarthy has had a life long goal to assist and serve people in all walks of life.  He spent several years in the corporate world with major insurance corporations and was Western Regional General Manger for a self-insuring operation.  For the past ten years he partnered in building a small firm to become a major player in the business community.

Through business experience and obtaining certifications such as Master Behaviorist and DISC he uses a unique approach to coaching clients to close the gap to where they are to where they want to be.

Credentialed with ICF as ACC coach he earned his NLP coaching certification through the California NLP Institute in northern California.  For two years he served as teaching assistant and advisor to the training program at Academy Leadership & Coaching, an ACTP sanctioned program incorporating NLP techniques.  He obtained his MBA in Business Management from Golden Gate University.

Raymond works toward inspiring others through his Rx4Empowerment platform.  Coaching clients to be empowered in their personal and professional lives.

He recently sold controlling interest in the company and is researching other opportunities.  Other times he can be found volunteering time at Children’s Hospital L A with his therapy dog Riley visiting the children and staff.

Brooke’s approach is personalized and proactive; she works to help clarify their aspirations and assist them in achieving their goals. Brooke’s clients range from humanitarian activists to media and fashion professionals, to start up entrepreneurs and senior attorneys from Am Law 100 firms.

Before coaching, Brooke experienced several career transitions of her own: for three years, she worked in legislation on Capital Hill, for Senator Larry E. Craig; as an attorney, Brooke practiced Labor and Employment law at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld; she then served as Assistant Director of Career Services at Loyola Law School, for six years. Brooke earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Law School and her B.A. from University of Idaho. She enjoys hiking, vegetarian cooking, yoga and meditation.

Danielle benefits from 10 years of experience in the finance industry, and understands the high demands required of professionals today. After suffering from persistent back pain, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and unending boredom, she turned in her corporate badge to followed her passion for coaching individuals and organizations into intentional alignment. Her clients range from actors to entrepreneurs and corporate executives, to name a few. She has helped clients transform their lives and is prepared to support you in living your best life.

Danielle has degrees in Psychology and Communications from the University of Southern California. She is also a certified Nutrition Consultant, Crisis Counselor, and licensed energy healer. She uses a mix of traditional neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and spiritual principles to foster alignment and bring lasting change to her clients. Gay Cunningham, thought leader and change agent, is a passionate and celebrated nurse leader and coach who has helped to develop and influence leaders in every organization she’s led.

Gay has inspired organizations to strive for a culture of excellence through strong leadership development and engaged employees. Her success comes from her ability to step outside her comfort zone and tackle tough issues with the heart.

Her passion is a focus on current and aspiring leaders to optimize their performance and success, with a special emphasis on women. Her clients have included leaders at the supervisor, manager, and director level. They have identified improvements in having difficult conversations, change management, work-life balance, setting and achievement of goals, and career transitions. Gay can use thought provoking questions that challenge her clients to look at their options in a different way.

Gay spent 45 years in healthcare with the last 30 years as a nurse executive and consultant. She worked for both not for profit and for profit organizations; small, medium and large hospitals. She has implemented major initiatives over the course of her career including EMR conversions, major patient tower moves and patient flow.  Through the practice of shared governance and continuous improvement, Gay has guided organizations to improve and sustain outstanding patient satisfaction scores and quality metrics through the implementation of best practices.

Gay is past President of Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders, Utah Organization of Nurse Leaders, past Chair and board member of the St George Chamber of Commerce, board member of Leadership Dixie, inaugural board member of Women’s Influence Center of St George, and is President of the St George branch of AAUW. She is a member of American Organization of Nurse Executives and a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Pedro Pinto is a Certified Executive Coach, supporting C-Level individuals and Managers to overcome their roadblocks, balancing their personal and professional lives while being the most effective in their companies, and with their teams – he focuses on leadership, business strategy, and behavior/cultural transformation.

With a solid – 17+ years – in the corporate world as a CIO, he understands the hurdles of how to navigate across a company, it's areas, and teams.

Having an IT, Digital Marketing, Master in Neuropsychology, MBA, and having a solution-focused mindset he can support, facilitate and provide solutions in an integrated way achieving the best possible outcome/scenario.

He is an International Coach Federation member, Professional Certified Coach, and was an ICF Charter Chapter Portugal volunteer for the past two presidents with responsibilities regarding communications, election process, membership, and advisor. Alongside he is also a member of the ICF Los Angeles, Spain and Italy Chapters, due to his love for languages – he speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian -, getting a broader perspective of the daily life of these Chapters.

Moreover, he is also a Coach Activism volunteer, providing pro-bono coaching to frontline technicians dealing with refugees - a program run by the ICF Greece, Portugal, and Canada Charter Chapters.
