Through connection, collaboration and fun, we work together as thought partners to create innovative solutions to support the education, training, and access to coaching experts to advance the professional success of our ICFLA members.

DIANA IDEUS, MCC
President
Diana Ideus has her Master’s in Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior and is one of only 1300 coaches globally to have attained the level of Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Diana leverages her coaching, consulting, management, and leadership development supporting leaders and entrepreneurs in fast growth for-profit companies in tech, finance, and healthcare.
Diana founded Hawthorne Union with the belief that there was a better way to do business and that if we take care of our people that they will take care of the profits. In addition to her work with leaders and companies, Diana teaches professionals how to coach at the university level and in courses approved by the International Coaching Federation. SAMANTHA KRAMER, ACC
President-Elect
Samantha is a certified coach (ACC), a member of the International Coaching Federation, a certified scrum master, and a human resources professional. With over a decade of experience working in non-profit leadership and higher education, she specializes in working with talented individuals to break down silos in order to improve processes while co-creating a vision of the future and a roadmap to get there.
Samantha is the founder of Kramer Consulting Group, where she provides executive coaching and strategic consulting. She completed her Executive Master of Leadership at the University of Southern California with a focus on strategic planning and social innovation. Samantha was born and raised in Los Angeles and lived and worked in Brazil for 5 years. She provides coaching services in English and Portuguese.
CARRIE WILLIAMS, MCC, Executive and Leadership Coach

As a certified professional coach and best-selling Amazon author, Carrie Williams works with individuals and businesses to help them get farther, faster. As a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and one-on-one coach, Carrie works with teams and individuals to reach their goals in leadership, stress management, business growth, and team development. She has worked with top-ranked law firms, entertainment companies, and “Big Four” financial firms.
Through her workshops, speeches, and coaching, Carrie provides practical tips and inspiration to thousands of lawyers, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals every year. Carrie is the founder of Los Angeles-based RainShadow Coaching. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) – the governing body and gold standard for the coaching field. She is a member of SAG/AFTRA, the Television Academy. She holds a graduate certification in evidence-based coaching from Fielding Graduate University, and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
MATT BAUER, CPCC, ACC
Treasurer
Matt is an Executive, Career and Personal Development Coach and Emerging Markets FinanceAdvisor. His coaching business focuses on cultivating and nurturing leaders and executives who feel stuck in their current roles and need a guiding hand to build confidence and a vision for themselves and their teams . He supports clients in their efforts to mobilize self and team awareness as a means to unlock untapped potential in results-oriented organizations.
Matt has a 35+ years successful track record in leading and managing global teams in commercial, investment and development finance in New York, Washington, DC and London. Prior to becoming an executive coach, he and his team managed a $15 billion portfolio of emerging market syndicated debt transactions for International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. His coaching clients have included executives in
Washington, DC, Boston, London, Europe, Singapore, Jakarta and Nairobi.
Matt also offers mentoring support to junior executives in two areas: 1 People struggling with LGBTQ and/or Diversity and Inclusion challenges in large, multicultural organizations and 2. First generation Americans committed to contributing to refugee resettlement efforts. Matt earned his Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University. He completed his executive coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and is ICF certified.
NINA RUBIN
Secretary
Nina Rubin is a CTI/ICF- certified coach that has been coaching for eight years, with a prior therapy career spanning seven. For her, coaching is more of a holistic lifestyle with the favorite part being the intimacy built with clients. Nina has served on the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Los Angeles (GTILA) Board of Directors as Secretary for a few years and is looking forward to helping promote excellent coaching in the world.

Adeline is naturally intuitive and empathetic, and genuinely wants the best for her clients. She coaches her clients to design and live a life filled with meaning and joy by working with them to quiet negative self-talk, step into and embrace their superpowers, and take inspired and courageous steps and actions.
Adeline has over thirty years of experience in government relations, public affairs, and marketing in the corporate world, government sector, and political arena. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Psychology and minor in Women’s Studies from Carleton College.
JOEL PEREZ
Director, DEI
Joel Pérez is the owner and executive coach at Apoyo Coaching and Consulting. He is a former C-suite executive in higher education where he held various roles in a 20-year career. He is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory that he uses as the foundation for cultural humility coaching. He works with executives and leaders that want to become stronger DE&I allies and social justice advocates. He also works with organizations in assisting them in developing strategic plans for diversity to implement sustainable DE&I efforts more effectively.
Joel received his certification through the Academy of Creative Coaching now serving as an instructor specializing in helping prospective coaches develop skills to become effective cross-cultural coaches. He has a doctorate in higher education administration from Claremont Graduate University. He also serves as the interim executive director of the Immigration Resource Center of San Gabriel Valley located in Monrovia.
PEDRO PINTO, MCC, BCC, MBA

Pedro Pinto is a Certified Executive Coach, supporting clients from different walks of life in overcoming their roadblocks while using their strengths, balancing their personal and professional lives, and being the most effective contributors in their companies.
With a solid 17+ years in the corporate world as a CIO, he understands the hurdles of how to navigate across a company, all areas, and across- teams.
With an IT, Digital Marketing, Master in Neuropsychology, and an MBA, and having a solution-focused, feed-forward mindset/approach, he can support, facilitate, and provide solutions in an integrated way assisting clients in achieving the best possible outcome/scenario.
He is an International Coach Federation member, Master Certified Coach (MCC) - (with two complete ACTP programs under his belt) -, an NLP Master Practitioner, and he is also an ICF mentor. Pedro was an ICF Charter Chapter Portugal volunteer in the past before ‘crossing the pond’ and being able to call ICF Los Angeles ‘home’ where he served as an AD and Communications Director during a combined period of a year and a half.
He transitioned to coaching more than seven years ago. It was a smooth and seamless transition since he was already doing most of what a Coach does. Furthermore, being a coach allows him to connect with individuals worldwide while providing the best coaching/results and learning with his coachees (clients.)
On a more personal level, he loves languages – he speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Italian. International economy, politics, and foreign affairs also spike his interest - and he loves to have deep and meaningful conversations.
Being exposed to different cultures and countries throughout his life allows him to have an open, diverse, inclusive, and broad perspective of the world.

ANAIS BABAJANIAN

I am a CPA by trade and native Houstonian, recently relocated to Los Angeles for both a professional and personal move. I am new to the world of coaching and decided to pursue a career as a coach after working in the accounting and financial services industry for almost 10 years. In my most recent role, I ran an insurance agency, and really thrived off of helping my employees grow and giving them the tools to realize their full potential. I want to use the experience I've gained in business to coach my future clients on how to discover and realize the opportunities available to them.
I’m excited to be a part of ICF Los Angeles and to start growing my network within the coaching community. I previously led a networking organization in Houston for young professionals and loved planning events for people to meet and foster new connections and relationships. I look forward to working closely with the team and organizing engaging events for our chapter members.
CATHRINE JAMES, ACC

Cathrine James is the founder of Cathrine James Enterprises LLC, DBA Sensational Living Training and Development, a trauma informed personal and professional coaching organization. She is a prolific and dynamic international Speaker, Coach and Trainer. Cathrine helps women and organizations identify obstacles and develop courses of action to enhance self, leadership, communication and revenue. She is committed to helping women business owners and executives fall back in love with their careers and their lives by using scientifically proven techniques to identify and release trauma responses from the brain and body.
During her 30 plus years in the corporate sector, Cathrine filled various management roles for fortune 500 companies. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a B.S. in Business Administration. She is an Associate Certified Coach through International Coaching Federation and a certified John Maxwell speaker, coach and trainer. Cathrine is also a certified a Brain Health Coach through Amen Clinics and holds certifications for Trauma Informed Coaching, Neuro-transformational Coaching and Neuroencoding. Cathrine has studied personal and professional development for more than 20 years and is a neuroscience geek.
She is married with two children and resides in the Los Angeles area. When not with family, she spends her time reading and watching game and or crime shows.
PATTY CRABTREE

Patty Crabtree spent 30 years in the corporate world working with small businesses and building high performing teams. As a former C-Suite executive, Patty coached and mentored both teams and individuals to help them develop a clear vision for the future and identify their opportunities for reaching their goals.
Leaving the corporate world in 2019, Patty leveraged her experience to start Crabtree Group LLC which focuses on helping small to midsized business executives and their teams in understanding the obstacles to their growth opportunities and creating a path for the future. Using her years of leadership experience and lessons learned as a long-term member of the executive coaching organization, Vistage, she has guided organizations in achieving their desired growth. Patty is also a Senior Consultant with Lighthouse Consulting Services, an organization specializing in improving hiring and talent development through an in-depth workstyle and personality assessment along with coaching and training individuals and teams.
As Patty grew Crabtree Group LLC, she found herself doing more and more executive coaching and made the decision to pivot her business to focus on providing coaching services to executives and emerging leaders. Patty also started a small coaching group, Choosing To Be More, to support women in midlife as they manage the transitions in their lives.
KEVIN NOURSE, Ph.D., PCC

Kevin is an executive coach, researcher, author, and professional speaker who has a passion for helping leaders resiliently navigate change.
After working in information technology, finance, and human resources roles, Kevin refocused his career on his passion for supporting the growth and success of leaders. Dr. Nourse founded Nourse Leadership Strategies (NLS) in 1991 and offers executive coaching, team effectiveness initiatives, and leadership development programs. His firm is based in Washington, DC and Los Angeles, CA.
In addition to being an award-winning author, Kevin is on the faculty of the Fielding Graduate University Evidence Based Coaching Program.
