ICFLA believes strongly in working toward creating a more diverse and inclusive coaching community in Los Angeles. To that end, our organization has commissioned a committee composed of members that will strategically support our mission through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) values and goals.

The following values guide our work and are foundational to our DEI plan:

● Fostering belonging and engagement for our members
● Focusing our efforts to attract and maintain members that Reflect the demographic population
of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County

In achieving our objectives, we will make coaching more inclusive and accessible to underrepresented
communities in our region.
