  • How to recognize a likely Neurodivergent client
  • Benefits of Neurodiversity in the workplace
  • How to support Neurodiverse clients in their workplace
  • Barriers to employment and retention
  • Understanding Dual Diagnosis

About Dr. Tracy Winter:

Tracy Winter, Ph.D., PCC, has been a professional coach since 2009 and an ADHD coach mentor and trainer since 2021. Though she has coached executives and leaders, she is most passionate about coaching twice-exceptional people and other neurodivergent folks.

Her coaching approach is based on adult development models and understanding how neurodivergent brains can manifest differently from the norm and from each other. Because each client has a unique brain, she partners with her clients to co-create unique paths to their unique solutions.

Personally, Tracy is an ADHDer and experiences characteristics of autism without a formal diagnosis.

Tracy earned a PhD in Human Development, an MA in Human and Organization Systems, and an Evidence-Based Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate University. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Tracy is the co-founder of the Neurodiversity Coaching Academy. She also trains and mentors new coaches at the International ADHD Coach Training Center and provides leadership development for Tesla and coaching services for The Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University. And she can jump rope and tap dance.

About Jeremy Walker:

Jeremy Walker (he/him) is a certified coach specializing in mental health, relationships, personal transformation, and neurodiversity. He discovered he was on the autism spectrum in 2021, at age 45, after years of gradual decline into autistic burnout. This has become an increasingly common experience with people diagnosed well into adulthood. This was after having become a certified coach in 2018 and a 25-year career in software development. Jeremy holds a PCC credential with the ICF and is trained in developmental theory, evidence-based methods for mental health coaching, Somatics, and Mindfulness. Through his coaching practice, Jeremy helps autistic adults find well-being through self-acceptance, values clarifications, compassionate inquiry, and shadow work. He has been passionately exploring the edges of not only how coaching can help neurodiverse individuals but also how neurodiverse individuals might help humanity by embracing their identities and sharing their unique gifts with the world as contributing leaders and employees.
