Description:

If you are working towards your hours for your next credential and tired of searching for clients or offering one-off sessions to slowly make your way to the finish line, there many different opportunities both within the ICF and outside to accrue hours in a coaching engagement, not unlike a typical 3-6 month contracted client.

For one, the ICF Reciprocal Peer Coaching program provides ICF coaches with the opportunity to receive coaching on an ongoing basis as part of their commitment to their own professional and personal development.

In programs like the ICF Reciprocal Peer Coaching program, Noomii and others, you pay for your coaching by giving coaching to another coach and no longer need to pay financially for coaching sessions.

We will walk you through different opportunities and how to make the most of the hours along your credentialing journey.
