Description:

We live in a world where the pace of work is up and our attention spans are down.  Each day, we are continuously bombarded with information and a steady stream of digital distraction.  Being able to completely focus our attention on a single endeavor – where we can be fully creative and fulfill our potential – is more challenging than ever before.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn all about the theory of Flow: The psychology of peak performance.  Flow is the optimal experience of being completely absorbed in an activity, task, or project, where we are fully utilizing our skills and time seems to fly by.  We will discuss the neuroscience of the Flow experience, and you will learn practical tools and strategies to experience Flow consistently in your own life, as well as help your clients create Flow.
