Description:

Roll up your sleeves! This program will immerse you in an arts-based experiential learning activity AND introduce you to the concepts, research, and impact of arts-based experiential learning as a coaching methodology. We will introduce participants to the theory and science behind Arts-Based Experiential Learning (ABEL) as a bridge into engaging participants directly in arts-based experiences. We will examine an actual leadership development use case as a way to demonstrate the what, how, and outcomes of selective coaching relationships.

Participants will also learn about a breakthrough assessment instrument that directly and objectively measures the impact of Arts-Based Experiential Learning on the four foundational skills of innovation: Readiness to Learn, Cognitive Agility, Collaboration, and Activating Innovation.

Takeaways from Teleclass:

  • An understanding of the theory and science behind ABEL
  • Practical examples of arts-based experiential exercises immediately implementable by participants
  • Research-based data that demonstrates the impact of ABEL on individuals and teams
  • Introduction to a breakthrough method for measuring the impact of training on learners
