Wealth: a loaded topic for coaches and their clients. As business owners, the topic of wealth or money is tied up in our practices as well as in all of our clients’ lives. During uncertain times, whether it is a pandemic, social unrest, or a non-stop 24/7 news cycle, talking about money and ensuring we know how to manage it can be incredibly difficult for coaches as business owners. How can we coach our clients when without also working on our own relationship with money? How can we create lasting wealth if we are too afraid to raise rates or charge higher engagement fees? How will we notice the emotional signs of financial hardship in a client if we may not understand their experience directly?
Uncertain times, whether it is due to pandemic, war, or natural disaster, can be an opportune time for all business owners to evaluate their financial foundation and repair or rebuild it as necessary. This Teleclass will unpack the financial 101 you need as a coach and business owner, what it means to “build wealth” on your business and personal balance sheet, and how to recognize the emotional signs of financial distress in your own clients.

Ana Hata was born and raised in Southern California. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She joined Pacific Advisors after nearly a decade of working with the firm as a client. Ana and her husband, Dean, live in Los Angeles with their son, Kenzo, and their two dogs, Sullivan and Daphni. They love to cook, play tennis, and sing-a-long to Moana in their spare time.
