In this 90-minute interactive workshop with Carson Cooper, PCC, you will learn essential coaching, mediation, negotiation, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming skills that make your coaching results more tangible.
Learn how to listen for 10 language patterns to inform excellent coaching questions to coach clients past the conscious wants down to the unconscious needs not getting met and move them from a victim of circumstance into creativity, responsibility, and inspired action steps. Support your client in shifting their goals and action steps toward what they want instead of away from what they don’t want for increased accountability, motivation, and results.
