In this 90-minute interactive presentation, coaches will learn the simple tool NICE! (Notice, Identify, Connect, Express, Explore) to manage common coaching distractions so they can be fully present with clients. Built around the core competency of Maintains Presence, the presentation offers a brief introduction to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) “parts work” coaching model and a breakdown of the NICE! steps, exercises to help participants identify distractions and improve focus, and resources to integrate the learning.
Upon conclusion of this webinar, attendees will learn to recognize when they become distracted in their sessions and how to effectively manage these distractions to enhance the coaching experience.
