Description:
When someone asks, “How will we know the coaching is working?” how do you respond? In this interactive session, coaches will explore how to talk about the value of coaching in clear, credible terms. Participants will also practice identifying how individual growth translates into outcomes that matter to the organization.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
✅ Respond confidently to common questions about the value of coaching;
✅ Talk about coaching in language that resonates with organizational leaders;
✅ Connect individual behavior change to team and business outcomes;
✅ Build a credible case for coaching’s contribution and impact.

Susan Smalley, PCC, CPCC, is the founder of Essential Leadership Partners, LLC. About Desiree Briel Rodi
Desiree Briel Rodi is a PCC-certified coach who harnesses the power of Emotional Intelligence to drive awareness, action, and accountability. She has worked in higher education administration, non-profit management, and people & business strategy. Desiree holds a B.A. in Art and American Studies from Yale University; an MBA from Seattle University, where she has assisted with graduate leadership courses; a Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching; and an M.A. in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University, where she recently earned her Ph.D. LinkedIn
