Description
Transform Imposter Syndrome From The Inside Out With Parts Work (Internal Family Systems): A Trauma-Informed Parts Work Experience for Latine Coaches
Many Latine coaches navigate the experience of stepping into spaces, opportunities, and leadership roles where they may not have had many examples before them. Breaking cycles, creating new paths, and building a coaching practice can bring up feelings of uncertainty, pressure, and questions about whether we truly belong.
In this experiential workshop, you will explore imposter syndrome through a trauma-informed Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) lens. Rather than trying to silence or push away the parts of yourself that experience these feelings, you will learn a different approach – one rooted in curiosity, compassion, and self-trust.
Through guided reflection and inner exploration, you will begin to understand the parts of yourself that may be activated by imposter syndrome and discover new ways to support yourself as you continue growing as a coach.
Participants will:
✅ Gain awareness of how imposter syndrome shows up in their own lives and coaching journey.
✅ Explore the internal patterns and protective parts connected to their experience of imposter syndrome.
✅ Practice connecting with themselves from a place of compassion, curiosity, and self-trust.
✅ Identify ways to move forward toward their goals while staying connected to themselves.
Join us for this powerful opportunity to reconnect with yourself, build confidence from within, and explore a new way of working with the parts of you that may be holding you back. Don’t miss this!
