Whether you are an experienced coach, just launching your practice, or coach curious, the Coaching Café is for YOU!
Attending the Café is an informal opportunity to build relationships and share ideas. There is no charge for participating, and you do not need to be a member of the ICFLA to attend. Topics can range from how we maintain work/life balance as coaches to challenges we might face with our clients.
About Michael
Michael Ehrenberg is an executive, life, and entrepreneur coach located in the Los Angeles area, working solely and with a variety of executive coaching firms through his own company, forward4change. He currently has a private practice and also serves as a Coach, mentor, and facilitator for the Pinnacle Global Network based in San Diego.
Michael has worked for over 20 years in the Entertainment, Public Relations, and Advertising sectors, namely in the area of promotion and marketing, but always incorporates coaching and leadership in his work. Most recently, Michael has coached new and developing artists, helping them realize their own uniqueness and discover their own qualities necessary for success in both business and the maintenance of balance in their lives.
In addition to certification from the Coaches Training Institute and, most recently, The CTI Leadership Experience, Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Organizational Development from the Claremont Colleges and is continuing his education through courses such as High Powered Collaboration, Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation. Michael speaks fluent Spanish, has coached with native Spanish speakers, and has served as a translator in Madrid, Spain, and the US. Client roster and associations include Cisco Systems, Novellus Software, Wells Fargo, JBL, and Walmart.
