Description:

Most coaches can tell a client’s story in vivid detail. Fewer can tell that story to a sponsor, an HR partner, or a leadership team without giving anything away. This session is about that gap. We’ll cover how to turn individual coaching engagements into organizational insight: spotting themes across a client roster, building anonymized examples that still land, and choosing outcome language that speaks to business impact. You’ll practice drafting the kind of report or stakeholder update that protects your client’s confidentiality while making the case for coaching’s value. Bring a real engagement or program you’ve struggled to report on. We’ll work with it.
