Yu Lin KongPresident's Message

Yu-Lin Kong

August 2017

I’ve been reflecting on my coaching practice and one piece I’ve been working on is bringing more of myself to my coaching conversations. In some of my work with one of my mentor coaches, I learned that I tend to hold back insights, reactions, intuitions. To no surprise, this is consistent not only in my coaching but also in other aspects of my life. As such, I’d like to use this opportunity to share a little bit about myself.
