The mission of the ICFLA Board is in support and execution of ICFLA's overall purpose. Through connection, collaboration and fun, we work together as thought partners to create innovative solutions to support the education, training, and access to coaching experts to advance the professional success of our ICFLA members.

Samantha Kramer, ACC
President

Samantha is a certified coach (ACC), a member of the International Coaching Federation, a certified scrum master, and a human resources professional. Samantha is the founder of Kramer Consulting Group, where she provides executive coaching and strategic consulting. She completed her Executive Master of Leadership at the University of Southern California with a focus on strategic planning and social innovation.

Tiffany Dedeaux, PCC
President-Elect

As a PCC and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) with 15+ years of empowering purpose-driven professionals to work outside the box, Tiffany A. Dedeaux redefines what is possible across the technology, consulting, sales, marketing, and design sectors. Tiffany is Managing Director of Career Services at Sacred Time, and her clients drive change at ABC, Microsoft, Expedia, Facebook (Meta), Indeed, Boeing, and Amazon.

Joel Pérez, PCC
Secretary

Joel Pérez is the owner and executive coach at Apoyo Coaching and Consulting. He is a former C-suite executive in higher education where he held various roles in a 20-year career. He is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory that he uses as the foundation for cultural humility coaching. He works with executives and leaders who want to become stronger DE&I allies and social justice advocates. He also works with organizations to assist them in developing strategic plans for diversity to implement sustainable DE&I efforts more effectively.

Treasurer

Matt is an Executive, Career and Personal Development Coach, and Emerging Markets Finance Advisor. Matt has a 35+ years successful track record in leading and managing global teams in commercial, investment, and development finance in New York, Washington, DC, and London. He completed his executive coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and is ICF-certified.

Diana Ideus, MCC
Board Advisor / Immediate Past President 

Diana Ideus has her Master’s in Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior and is one of only 1300 coaches globally to have attained the level of Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.  Her book Listen: Mentor Coaching for Coaches and other resources for coaches and leaders are available at www.hawthorneunion.com.

Adeline Yoong
Director, Community Outreach

Adeline M.L. Yoong is a Success and Empowerment Coach who works with rising and seasoned leaders, change makers, advocates, and activists interested in making a positive impact in this world. Adeline has over thirty years of experience in government relations, public affairs, and marketing in the corporate world, government sector, and political arena. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of San Francisco a BA in Psychology, and minor in Women’s Studies from Carleton College.

Graciela G. Meibar, PCC
Director, DEI

After emigrating from Cuba at the age of twelve, Graciela Meibar moved to Los Angeles. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from the University of Southern California in 1980 and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in 1983.  As a Cuban immigrant, her parents encouraged her to think as a free person, be authentic to herself, and celebrate her differences while including others in the conversations.  Graciela is bilingual and bicultural. She is a certified coach from The Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Gretchen Hydo is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a certified mentor coach, a mesmerizing keynote speaker, and an engaging workshop facilitator. She specializes in helping individuals, organizations, and coaches make life-changing transformations by breaking free of the rules and secrets that hold them back from living their most powerful lives. Gretchen is the author of the book Break Free From Your Dirty Little Secret: A New You in 10 Secret-Breaking Stages and is dedicated to helping women break free from the shame of their secrets to step into bigger living.

Kevin is an executive coach, researcher, author, and professional speaker who has a passion for helping leaders resiliently navigate change. In addition to being an award-winning author, Kevin is on the faculty of the Fielding Graduate University Evidence-Based Coaching Program. Current and former clients include the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Americas Essential Hospitals, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, and many more. He is a member of the International Coach Federation.

Patty Crabtree spent 30 years in the corporate world working with small businesses & building high-performing teams. As a former C-Suite executive, Patty coached & mentored both teams & individuals to help them develop a clear vision for the future and identify opportunities for reaching their goals. In 2019, Patty started Crabtree Group LLC, which focuses on helping small to mid-sized business executives & their teams understand the obstacles to their growth opportunities & create a path for the future.

Laila Keith

Laila is a Certified Professional Coach and Maslow Leadership Certified Executive Culture Coach. Before launching her own coaching company, NovaQuest Coaching, Laila served as the Digital Health Practice Leader at Fleming Martin Executive Search. Prior to that, she spent 9 years leading sales training efforts for Johnson & Johnson Vision.
