This SIG focuses on building a small- to medium-sized coaching business. In our June meeting, we will discuss and share ideas and resources to create a strong foundation for a growing business. Discussion areas include legal, financial, marketing, and administrative considerations, plus how to set up systems to run the business more easily.
Join Mary for this business-growth SIG as she leads you to the framework of what it takes to build a sustainable and solid coaching business. Below are just some of Mary’s topics of business building:
- Considerations in scaling a business
- Intentional organizational structure/development
- Clarifying the Why of the business
- Building a strong bench/succession planning
- Where to find more clients
- Marketing & Sales – differences & overlaps
- Employees – when do I need help?
