This webinar will provide skills for recognizing limiting beliefs and ways to change them toward an optimism that motivates efforts to success. Growth mindset is also imperative in supporting coaches by building their confidence and ability to be present with their client.
Nikita Gupta, MPH, RYT, Resilience Coach, is a dedicated educator, facilitator and coach who works with diverse groups to promote thriving and holistic success. In 2014, she created the innovative GRIT Coaching program at UCLA in which trained coaches work one-on-one with students to promote academic and personal success. She also consults with various campuses across the nation to infuse coaching skills into all levels of the learning community. In addition, Nikita facilitates healing spaces in various institutional and wellness settings to encourage growth, healing and empowerment for the individual, community and culture. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from UCLA and is a trauma-informed yoga teacher. She has earned certifications in various healing and coaching programs including Fostering Success. Mary Miller, J.D., PCC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an expert in business building and has been coaching executives, managers, emerging leaders, and forward-thinking individuals since 2001. She brings unique perspectives to her clients based on her past experiences, including her work as an attorney and a human resources executive. Mary has broad coaching experience, ranging from an entrepreneur with a product sourced sustainably from West African women farmers (Whole Foods Market now carries this product), to senior staff of The International Council on Clean Transportation (this non-profit was a pivotal player in the 2015 VW emissions testing scandal).
She also offers group coaching, including her Best Boss Ever™ group coaching program, for teams and executive groups; group coaching usually includes use of the DiSC™ and other assessments.
