Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping the coaching landscape, influencing the role, relevance, and readiness of coaches. Many practitioners feel both intrigued and uneasy about AI’s growing presence. This session invites coaches to move beyond fear toward informed curiosity, exploring what AI is truly capable of today, where it outperforms and underperforms humans, and how it can become an ally in expanding the impact of coaching.
Sheila Boysen, leadership development expert and executive coach, will guide participants in understanding how AI intersects with coaching practice and organizational expectations. The session emphasizes how embracing AI with curiosity strengthens executive presence, models adaptability, and positions leaders to guide their teams with confidence in a changing environment.

Dr. Sheila Boysen-Rotelli, MCC, is an executive coach and researcher exploring how AI can enhance leadership development and the impact of coaching. Her work examines coach perceptions of AI, ethical human–AI partnership, and the use of AI-enabled tools to deepen reflection and accelerate insight. She integrates her research into scalable coaching programs that help leaders navigate complexity with clarity and humanity.
