Attending a Cafe is an informal opportunity to build relationships and share ideas. There is no charge to participate, and you do not need to be an ICFLA member to attend. Topics can range from how we maintain work/life balance as coaches to challenges we might face with our clients.
About Mary Tabata
Mary Tabata is a leadership coach, consultant, educator, and Principal Coach at Phinishing Strong LLC, with 15+ years in higher education and nonprofit management. She teaches AI in Business and holds an MBA, MS, and PhD in Organizational Leadership. Her work focuses on leadership development, organizational change, strategic planning, and generative AI.
