The Los Angeles Chapter of International Coaching Federation Los Angeles (ICFLA) wants to make membership management easy and transparent for all our members. Please read the following information carefully regarding Automatic Membership Renewal.

Enrollment in Automatic Membership Renewal

When purchasing or renewing your membership, you may choose to enroll in Automatic Membership Renewal.

  • You will be asked to provide express, informed, and affirmative consent by checking the box that states:
    “I agree to enroll in Automatic Membership Renewal.”

  • Enrollment in Automatic Membership Renewal is not required, and enrollment or non-enrollment in automatic renewal will not impact your status as a member or your membership benefits in any way.

How Automatic Membership Renewal Works

  • All memberships are valid for one calendar year, beginning from the date of your first purchase or from your renewal date (as indicated in your Member Dashboard).

  • By enrolling in Automatic Membership Renewal, you authorize ICFLA to charge your selected payment method automatically on your renewal date each year until you cancel automatic payment.

  • You will be notified in advance of your membership renewal date and the amount for your annual dues.

  • You may update or change your method of payment at any time prior to your renewal date.

Cancellation of Automatic Membership Renewal

  • You may cancel Automatic Membership Renewal at any time directly from your Member Dashboard.

  • Cancellation is one step only: simply click the “Cancel Auto-Payment” button.

  • A confirmation message will appear to let you know that automatic payments have been canceled.

  • Your membership and access to members-only benefits will remain active until your current renewal date. After that, you may manually renew your membership for the following year.

Failed Payments & Retrying

  • If an automatic renewal payment fails, you will be notified, and will have the option to re-try payment directly from your Member Dashboard.

Refund Policy

  • Membership in the Los Angeles Chapter of ICF is a non-tangible product.

  • We do not issue refunds once membership is purchased, including purchases made through Automatic Membership Renewal.

  • To avoid being charged for a new membership year, it is your responsibility to turn off auto-renewal prior to your renewal date.

Important Notes

  • Auto-renewal is optional. You may choose manual renewal instead.

  • ICFLA will never enroll you into auto-renewal without your express consent.
