The mission of the ICFLA Board is in support and execution of ICFLA's overall purpose. Through connection, collaboration and fun, we work together as thought partners to create innovative solutions to support the education, training, and access to coaching experts to advance the professional success of our ICFLA members.

Karyn Ezell, ACC, President
Karyn Ezell is a people strategist and executive leadership coach with 20+ years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. She helps clients build strategies for long-term success, fulfillment, strong relationships, and organizational effectiveness. An ICF-certified coach with degrees in business administration and organizational psychology, Karyn specializes in leadership, performance, life transitions, and well-being.
Lita Abella, ACC, Secretary
Fred Walkover, PCC, Treasurer
Fred is a certified leadership coach and operational executive with over 30 years of experience in B2C and B2B operations. He coaches leaders across multiple industries, from mid-level to C-suite, through individual, group, and team coaching. His professional experience is anchored in operational leadership with a concentration in field and service operations and balanced across large Fortune 100 companies like Comcast, Spectrum, and RadioShack and scaling startups in renewable energy.
Tiffany Dedeaux, MCC, Past President
As an MCC and Certified Professional Resume Writer, Tiffany A. Dedeaux has 15+ years of empowering purpose-driven professionals across tech, consulting, sales, marketing, and design. Inspired by her Master's in Ecopsychology, she takes a co-active coaching approach to enhance customer experiences, drive innovation, and boost operational efficiency. Chief Empowerment Officer at Sacred Time, Tiffany's clients include ABC, Microsoft, Expedia, Facebook, Indeed, Boeing, and Amazon.

Laila is a Certified Professional Coach and Maslow Leadership Certified Executive Culture Coach. Before founding NovaQuest Coaching, she served as Digital Health Practice Leader at Fleming Martin Executive Search and spent nine years leading sales training at Johnson & Johnson Vision, where she advised business leaders across functions.
Edward Vicedo, MCC, Director, Programming
Ed is a Master Certified Coach whose mission is to create space for himself and others to experience growth and joy. After 30 years of food & beverage service with hospitality gurus and celebrity chefs, he now partners with curious executives and committed entrepreneurs “to create the world we need and deserve through authentic and courageous leadership.”
Nina Rubin, PCC, Director, Credentialing Support
Nina is a leadership and development coach known for her warm, direct style. Her present-centered, goal-oriented approach blends empathy with bold action to support entrepreneurs, executives, teams, and emerging leaders. With degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Antioch University Los Angeles, she combines business insight with psychological depth and lives in San Diego near the ocean.

Magda empowers executives and organizations to thrive through change. With 20+ years scaling global operations in media and entertainment, she brings strategic insight and collaborative leadership. As founder of We Collaborative, she provides coaching, consulting, and fractional leadership to leaders navigating change, leveraging her ICF accreditation and expertise in stakeholder engagement and community building.
