The mission of the ICFLA Board is in support and execution of ICFLA's overall purpose. Through connection, collaboration and fun, we work together as thought partners to create innovative solutions to support the education, training, and access to coaching experts to advance the professional success of our ICFLA members.

Inspired by her Master's in Ecopsychology, she takes a co-active coaching approach to enhance customer experiences, drive innovation, and boost operational efficiency.
