Speakers:

Sarah Khambatta, PCC is a Business and Career Coach. She is the founder of Dreams Transform Reality Coaching, a company committed to clients getting massive results in their businesses and careers by expanding their confidence, capacity, and strategies. Sarah’s clients range from Executives and Managers to Creative Strategists at companies such as Google, Onzie, Deutsch Los Angeles, PMK•BNC, Vladimir Jones, Venables Bell & Partners, Goodby, Silverstein and Partners, and Merck.

Matt Varney is the ICF Strategic Regional Director for North America, Latin America, & the Caribbean. In this role, he leads a Regional Support Team in the implementation of the ICF Global strategic plan at the local level. Together with a team of Member Experience Ambassadors and Regional Development Managers, the Regional Support Teams act as catalysts for sustainable Chapter and Regional growth. Matt holds a Masters Degree in Global Economics from Northeastern University and is a lifetime learner in the fields of multicultural relations and organizational development.
