About Monica Jonsson
Monica is an accredited Master Coach and published author. She pioneered the corporate coaching sector in Luxembourg and founded the country’s first and leading coaching practice, CoachDynamix (2003).
Her clients are executives in the global business community – from over 80 companies spanning a diversity of industries. Given her profound business knowledge, she frequently participates in panel discussions on leadership, corporate culture, and gender balance.
Monica has worked in predominantly international environments in Sweden, Hong Kong, and Luxembourg. Before becoming a coach, she worked in the mobile telecommunications sector, where her experience covers various areas including strategic consulting, marketing, sales, service development, and supplier management.
She is the author of The Complete Corporate Coaching Toolkit: The Quintessential Guide for 21st Century Business Coaches and Leaders published last year and developed over 12,000 coaching hours.
