New and experienced coaches who want to increase their access to Coaching Presence and offer these skills to support their clients to build their own Presence. For those who want to explore this relevant topic, and answer questions such as:
– How do we “Maintain Presence” in a coaching conversation?
– How does Presence-Based Coaching understand and work with Presence?
– How do you cultivate your own state of Presence?
– What practices can support us working at the moment with our clients?
– This includes our integrative coaching approach to working with our client’s
wholeness, including the body, emotional, and thinking centers.
About Beatrice W. Hansen, PCC
Bebe Hansen integrates her extensive family business experience with her psychotherapy background to support leaders, teams, and organizations in building leadership skills and capacities. She is a leadership coach, consultant, and trainer, and has worked with leaders in the private, non-profit, and government sectors.
Bebe is the Principal of Presence-Based® Coaching and has taught and developed the curriculum for many years with Doug Silsbee, PCC, the program’s founder. Bebe teaches all levels within this cutting edge, ICF approved coach-training program. She also delivers PBC and Presence-Based® Leadership development training around the Washington, DC metro area, in the US, and internationally.
Bebe has an ongoing commitment to yoga and meditation practices and has been a practitioner of the Diamond Approach spiritual path since 2001. She enjoys road trips with her husband, traveling with her two grown daughters and son in law, and is a recent first-time grandmother. She can occasionally be found sailing the Potomac.
