Whether you are an experienced coach, just launching your practice, or coach curious, a Coaching Cafe is for YOU!
Attending a Cafe is an informal opportunity to build relationships and share ideas. There is no charge for participating, and you do not need to be a member of ICFLA to attend. Topics can range from how we maintain work/life balance as coaches to challenges we might face with our clients.
About Jen Wilson
Jen Wilson is a credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), trained in Positive Intelligence and the Team Diagnostic Survey (TSD). She also holds a Master’s degree in International Education Development from Columbia University, Teachers College, and a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development from Benedict College. She has completed a Leadership Development Program with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
About Sarah Benator
Sarah helps clients identify and align their values with their mindsets, actions, and goals—both personally and professionally. She coaches individuals committed to growth, leadership development, overcoming impostor syndrome, navigating life transitions, and strengthening communication skills.
