Thank you for your commitment to coaching and participation in the Coast to Coast Pro Bono Coaching Challenge for ICW 2026 in partnership with ICF Los Angeles, ICF Sacramento, and ICF Maryland.
This challenge invites coaches to offer at least 3 hours of pro bono coaching by May 17. The coaching may be individual, team, group, mentor coaching, or coaching supervision. Individual coaches from any chapter or anywhere in the world are invited to participate – making this a true coast to coast effort! We invite you to be creative in finding your pro bono clients in order to amplify the positive impact of coaching.
Launch Events
This recorded launch event offers the context, encouragement, and key details participants need to begin with confidence. In this energizing cross-chapter webinar, attendees heard the origin story and purpose behind the initiative, learned practical ways to find pro bono clients through the communities they already belong to, and received clear logistics on how to participate, track hours, and share impact.
Designed to be simple, meaningful, and measurable, the Challenge invites coaches to commit a minimum of three pro bono hours during the official window—creating real change for clients while strengthening our shared coaching community. Together, we showcase the transformative power of coaching and build momentum toward an unforgettable International Coaching Week.
