Description
As coaches, we hold a paradox: we’re expected to stay grounded while navigating intense emotions, fractured trust, and constant change, often without the emotional tools or strategic support we need.
In emotionally charged moments, even skilled professionals can become reactive, misunderstood, defensive, or stuck in a loop of overthinking. This 90-minute session offers a powerful shift: What if emotional intensity is not a problem, but a signal pointing to unmet needs?
Rooted in the principles of Nonviolent Communication and emotional resilience research, this seminar helps participants pause reactivity and respond from a place of awareness, choice, and self-respect.
Through guided reflection, practical tools, and real-world scenarios, this session invites you to slow down the emotional spin cycle and re-engage with compassion for yourself and others. Whether you lead a team, navigate daily interpersonal tensions, or simply want to show up more grounded, this session will strengthen your resilience in lasting ways.
Key Takeaways:
🔵 Identify the early signs of emotional reactivity—yours and others’
🔵Decode what strong emotions are really pointing to
🔵 Apply needs-based awareness to reduce conflict and restore trust
🔵 Practice language that builds connection, even under pressure
