Description
We’ll answer your credentialing questions and spotlight Core Competency #6 Listens Actively. Includes exploration of customizing coach responses based on how client expresses themselves– verbally and non-verbally. Discussion will include ACC, PCC and MCC credential distinctions.
Key Takeaways:
- Understand how to craft responses powerfully so the coach lets the client know they were heard.
- Recognize ways to respond to the client’s energy and non-verbal information.
- Learn how a coach curiously offers what they see, hear, feel or sense and accepts the client’s response.
