Come connect with fellow Latina/o/x coaches in a welcoming, informal space designed for dialogue, learning, and community building. Whether you’re an experienced coach, launching your practice, or exploring coaching for the first time, this Café offers an opportunity to share resources, expand your network, and enjoy some cafecito together.
There is no charge to participate, and you do not need to be an ICFLA member to attend.
About Roland Palencia
For the past twenty years, Roland Palencia has held several nonprofit executive positions, raising millions of dollars from private foundations, city, county, state, and federal government funds, individual donors, and corporations. Mr. Palencia’s experience is extensive and broad, but his underlying commitment is to financially empower underserved communities by securing resources that make communities thrive. LinkedIn
About Elaine Padilla
Elaine is an executive and career development coach who helps clients uncover untapped skills and strengths, empowering them to thrive with purpose and fulfillment. She also serves as a Senior Employee Development Specialist in USC’s Learning and Organizational Development Department, where she fosters professional growth. About Carolina Quezada
Carolina Quezada is a community advocate, coach, and facilitator with 27 years in nonprofit leadership. Drawing on experience as a fundraiser, program and executive director, and board member, she helps organizations center people’s motivations and potential. Trained through the Academy for Coaching Excellence, she facilitates in-person and virtual sessions using participatory, Liberating Structures, and results-based approaches. LinkedIn
