Experience of coaching women in business in Russia, the country that has a long history of the Soviet Union with the mindset quite different from modern reality, brings insights and invites coaches to be open and sensitive to systemic patterns. What are the typical patterns women bring through generations and how they can affect them in business and coaching? How a coach can support clients in their quest for the resourcefulness when they have generation behind far from business mentality, and still be the coach, not a therapist?
