About Heidi Carlson
Heidi Carlson is a Certified Master Life Coach specializing in Mother-Daughter Relationships. Heidi guides women navigating complex mother-daughter dynamics to heal their pain/struggle and build an empowering relationship with themselves. The youngest of five children born to immigrant parents in an arranged marriage, Heidi witnessed her parents’ unhealthy relationship. At age 19, complexities began showing up in Heidi’s relationships─ starting with her mother. This led Heidi to embark on a lifelong journey of self-discovery and personal growth work.
